The Study On The Evaluation Of Urban Logistics Competitiveness In Henan Province

With the rapid development and prosperity of China’s industrial economy, the city has become the logistics industry base. The pillar industry of the city economic construction is the logistics industry. City logistics is a middle-level logistics, vigorously develop the city logistics, is conducive to the improvement of city economic development and operation. At present, the city logistics is called "the third profit source", has been attention to the relevant departments of our government management. How to improve the competitiveness of urban logistics has become the focus of the current urban health. In Henan Province, how to improve and enhance the competitiveness of urban logistics has become a common problem faced by the economic development of Henan province and 18 cities in the province.Based on the theory of urban logistics, this paper summarizes the research objectives, contents, methods, technical routes and possible innovation points of urban logistics. Based on the overall status of Henan Province logistics analysis, the provincial jurisdiction over 18 city logistics status and the impact of the city logistics competitiveness of the core factors of the "Five Forces Model"(the competitiveness of city economic development level, urban logistics competitiveness, competitiveness of logistics infrastructure in cities, urban logistics demand scale competitiveness, logistics information talent environment competitiveness), we follow the principle of the index system of urban logistics building, in Henan Province under the jurisdiction of the 18 city as research object, 16 indexes selection construct Henan province city logistics competitiveness evaluation index model. According to the model, using the factor analysis and cluster analysis of Henan city logistics competitiveness was evaluated according to the evaluation results; analysis of factors, ranked in Henan city logistics competitiveness scores: Zhengzhou, Nanyang, Luoyang, Zhoukou, Shangqiu, Xinxiang, Xinyang, Zhumadian, Xuchang, Jiaozuo, Kaifeng, Anyang, Pingdingshan, Puyang, Luohe, Hebi, Sanmenxia, Jiyuan; based on the results of cluster analysis, Henan city logistics competitiveness is divided into five regions, competitive region(Zhengzhou), a strong competitive region(Luoyang, Nanyang), middle region(Shangqiu, Zhumadian, the competitiveness of Zhoukou, Xinyang), Kaifeng, Pingdingshan area(General competitiveness Hebi, Xinxiang, Anyang, Jiaozuo, Puyang, Xuchang, and Luohe) and weak competitiveness of region(Sanmenxia, Jiyuan) and Henan; The analysis of spatial difference of city logistics competitiveness.Based on the above analysis, the research results show that on city logistics competitiveness of Henan Province from the four levels of the urban logistics hub(Zhengzhou), regional logistics hub city(Luoyang, Nanyang, Anyang, Shangqiu, Xinyang), the city’s comprehensive logistics park(Pingdingshan, Zhoukou, Xuchang, Luohe, Kaifeng, Zhumadian, Xinxiang, Jiaozuo, Puyang, Hebi), the city’s comprehensive logistics center(Sanmenxia and Jiyuan) of province under the jurisdiction of the 18 cities logistics function analysis, and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures for how to improve the city logistics competitiveness of Henan Province.
