A Study On Upgrade Of Logistics Industry Cluster In Hunan

Modern logistics is the basic industry of national economy,It is a productive service industry,which has become one of ten major industry,of transportation,warehousing and information industries.With the globalization of world economy,the global value chain in the global allocation of resources and the sale of products have an higher service level requirements on logistics.At present,the Hunan Province logistics industry is expanding the scale,but the service level is relatively backward,which mostly play low role of transportation,warehousing and other additional value in the global value chain.Therefore,high efficiency and low cost of modern logistics service system has become the key of Hunan province industry to achieve other domestic and international competitive advantage and the logistics industry clusters upgrading will become hot focus.However,it has not established a complete set of logistics industry cluster development evaluation system,how to comprehensive,scientific,reasonable evaluate the level of logistics industry cluster development and achievements,which is a problem to be solved urgently.Firstly,the paper defines the connotation of logistics from the perspective of the global value chain.Then It expounds the economic effects of the development of industrial clusters from the connotation of logistics,logistics industry cluster running characteristic angle and the diamond theory as the basis of industrial upgrading,evolution path of upgrading of logistics industry cluster.Secondly,on combining the mechanism of the diamond model and the physical development of industrial clusters,analysis of the factors affecting the upgrading of logistics industry cluster is the output ability,innovation ability,competition and cooperation,cluster brand,transportation infrastructure,human resources and industrial linkage.In addition,through the SPSS19.0 reliability analysis,correlation analysis and the validity of the indexes,an evaluation index system of logistics industry cluster upgrade were established.Secondly,Using the factor analysis method combined with the SPSS19.0statistical data of 5 provinces of logistics industry cluster upgrading capacity evaluationselection,The three main factors affecting the upgrade is the comprehensive competitiveness of logistics industry,the resources and environment support and scale of production capacity.By comparison,the Hunan Province logistics industry cluster to upgrade the overall level is in the medium level.Finally,according to the rating results and influence factors to upgrade,put forward measures and suggestions of Hunan Province Logistics Industry Cluster Upgrade.
