At present, family enterprises are one of the important economy bodies with the extensive development of market economy in our country. With the reform and opening up over twenty years, the family enterprises have had a prominent progress. Although the family enterprises have rational character in survive, there are many problems about cultural construction in our country's family enterprises. Most of the family enterprises develop slowly and even die when they are in infancy period. Facing the world economic globalization, the integrated new situation, family enterprise's living environment is having the immense changes. Front the opportunity and the challenge, how to cultivate and enhance family enterprise's core competitiveness, and make our country family enterprise prosperous, which is the urgent matter. The enterprise culture as the important component in the core competitiveness plays the extremely important role in the enterprise development. The enterprise culture is the enterprise intrinsic soul, outstanding enterprise culture can propel the family enterprise to develop healthily, and maintain the foundation evergreen.
