At present our country more than80%in the private enterprises are family enterprises, family enterprises through flexible change, sustained growth, in the socialist market economy plays a huge role, showing a flourishing.As an organization, family enterprise is made up of family system and enterprise system of dual system; it with the family enterprise’s biggest difference is very significant impact to the business of the family. However, family system and the concept of enterprise systems based on different operation, family oriented family system, emphasizes the emotional factors, enterprise profit oriented system, emphasize the rational factors. Therefore, in order to realize the healthy and sustainable growth family firms in China. must be to think about family from two dimensions of family culture and modem enterprise culture enterprise culture construction problems.The generation of family enterprise is under the influence of family culture family members based on rational reasons, actively adapt to the external environment for the result of the development of family. Relative to family culture and modern western management thoughts through scientific management, behavior management, contingency management, strategic management and the evolution of cultural ideas in the science of uniting the fusion, more emphasis on the management of enterprises to carry out institutionalization. Family culture and modem culture is, of course, not antagonistic, but can be complementary. Family enterprise culture construction is actually on family control on the basis of the continuous integration of modern enterprise management system process.The paper on the basic concept of family enterprise and organizational culture, in a systematic review and analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the research on family business culture, analyses the main problems and its influencing factors about the construction of organizational culture in the process of family enterprises in our country. From the perspective of organizational culture, the effective integration of family culture and modern culture of family enterprise culture to promote enterprise sustainable growth.
