Under the background of innovation,continuous innovation has become an eternal engine of Chinese enterprises and it’s also the key to success for them. The teamwork drives Chinese enterprises to promote innovation which react rapidly to the change of environment. The teamwork can ensure high quality task can be completed effectively. The members in a team play a role functional.While,The Economics assume all people in it are economic man and selfishness.How many members are well-considered in perspective of team?To solve this issue, this study focus on members’ psychological boundary and “heart” management.This will help break through the employees psychological barriers and enhance the team identity and loyalty. Psychological boundary will be a effectively way to improve employees identity and strengthen the cohesion among members. Psychological boundary will be the ability for organizations growth healthier and more permanent.The paper aim at to explore the relationship between members’ psychological boundary and team performance,cohesion as a mediator variable. We build a model about the members’ psychological boundary and team performance. We surveyed 45 teams in 15 enterprises. We used the structural equation model studied and factor analysis the relationship. Main work and conclusions of this study can be summarized as the following aspects:(1)The nature of psychological boundary is organizational identity. It can measure by interpersonal identity,cultural identity, job identity and target identity.(2)It concludes that members’ psychological boundary has a positive influence on team performance. This root in interpersonal identity,cultural identity, job identity and target identity.(3)Empirical study shows that cohesion between members’ psychological boundary and the team performance as an mediator variable. No matter task cohesion or social cohesion,all have a positive influence between members’ psychological boundary and team performance.
