Most Modern enterprises use "team" mode to manage the teams within the enterprise. How to improve team performance by effective team management, which in turn enhance the efficiency of enterprise knowledge assets into value-added and promote their core competitiveness and ability to innovate, has become the main research topics for experts and scholars at home and abroad as well as the business operators.This article selects an enterprise which is engaged in the photovoltaic industry technology research and development (S Photovoltaic company) as the research object, let its internal technical innovation and R&D project team as a research subject, combine with its status of team management, use the form of questionnaire to make empirical research of the Team Psychological Safety, teamwork, team task dependence and team performance. To design management improvement program for the company to improve team performance management, in order to enhance the management of team performance by binding studies conclusion.The author is fully aware that improving the enterprise team management is a systematic project. During the team management studies, the research needs to be carried out from strategic operations, project management, organizational behavior, corporate culture and any other aspects by multiple perspectives, and therefore the improvement program is still required continuous improvement in the specific implementation process.
