In recent years, the effectiveness gradually became the most direct measurement ofindividual, team, business success, has received the widespread attention. It has becamean urgent problem of enterprise management that how to maintain a balance betweenthe teams goals and team members1interpersonal relationship. On the basis of theclassic I-P-0model of team effectiveness, this thesis expands the empirical study aroundthe team climate, team conflict and team effectiveness, in purpose of providing ameaningful reference for team building and management.In this study, on the basis of reviewed a large number of literature and combinedwith my own practical experience, select team cohesion as the research of the argument,team conflict as mediator variable. On the basis of these, the author build the model ofthe team cohesion and team effectiveness relationship. The author put forward on theresearch hypotheses between team cohesion and team effectiveness, and processvalidation mediation role of team conflict. This study put enterprise team members indifferent provinces and cities in the country as the research object. Obtained170validsamples in the form of random sampling. This paper used the factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis method, studied the relationship betweenteam cohesion and team performance. Study results confirms that the emotion and targetconsistency in team cohesion have obvious positive influence on team effectiveness.The behavior consistency has no obvious impact on team effectiveness. Team conflicthas partial intermediary effect to the relationship of the team cohesion and teameffectiveness. Using questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to the empiricalanalysis, provides reference for enterprises to improve their team performanceThe innovation of this study is mainly reflected in three aspects:(1) Domesticresearch on team cohesion started late. This study dimensions on team cohesion measurement provides data support for future research.(2) This research put teamconflict as mediator variable between team cohesion and team effectiveness, expand thenew ideas of team effectiveness research. Building the model of the team cohesion andteam effectiveness relationship.Due to the conditions and capacity constraints, in this study, exists based on givenmoment horizontal research method, sample size is too small and the sample is regional,The author will be deeply and improve these aspects in future studies.
