Study On Agro-technical Station Revolution And Development In Our Villages And Towns In New Period

In recent years, agricultural technology popularization is directly related to the construction of new rural development process as well as the modernization of agriculture,and has a significant role in promoting income levels of farmers as well as improving rural economic development in our country.While the main task of township agricultural station which play an important role in the promotion process of agricultural science and technology is to promote agricultural technology and new agricultural production to farmers,once given full play to the role of township agricultural station,It will be conducive to agricultural technology and rural income. However, the current situations of township agricultural station is not so good,at present, most of China’s township agricultural station comprehensively set up by similar professional based on the integration of existing township utilities,just to say,restructuring and adjusting integrated township agricultural technology promotion stations, water station, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Station (animal epidemic prevention station) to township (town). However, after the integration of township agricultural station,due to weak infrastructure, lack of financial investment, agricultural extension lag means, coupled with promoting the overall quality is not high, resulting in the promotion of agricultural science and technology is not satisfactory.Therefore, how to strengthen the reform of township agricultural station for solving some of the problems currently faced by rural agricultural station is particularly urgent.In this paper,compared with the first system to introduce township agricultural station, agricultural extension and other concepts,so as to build theoretical basis of the full text,and reveals the development process and the status of China’s township agricultural station construction,on this basis,analyzing some of the problems currently faced by township agricultural station.Then, select the practice of reform in Xiangtan City ginger town Quantang agricultural station as the empirical study,just to summarize the standing of some of the reform process and the final results achieved by the specific practices, but also list some experience accumulation of standing in the reform process.Finally, learning from the successful experience of the reform of the station, and combining with agriculture, rural areas and farmers in our country,put forward some relevant policy recommendations to improve the township agricultural station.
