In recent years, China’s rapid economic development, the status of Asia in the world economy is becoming more and more important, but also for China’s economic development has brought an unprecedented opportunity. However, opportunities and risks coexist, the rapid development of China’s economy attracts companies from all over the world to enter the Chinese market, China’s local enterprises are facing more and more intense competition. Meanwhile, Chinese insurance enterprises are facing the unprecedented challenges if mainland China Insurance Company does not enhance its core competitiveness will enable enterprises in a crucial position. And in the process of enterprise development, the most important factor is the talent, how to get and retain the excellent talent is very important for the enterprise. So far, many human resource organizations pay great attention to the study of employee performance and employee motivation, hoping to improve their working enthusiasm and improve their competitive power through scientific and effective human resource.Based on the study and Research on the performance evaluation theory and literature, the paper studies the problem of the performance management of Anshan RS insurance company based on the case study method, and uses the relevant theories of performance management to study the performance management of Anshan RS insurance company based on the industry background and organization structure of Anshan RS insurance company.
