M company mainly consists of high quality dairy products, confectionery foods and frozen foodprocessed. Both the distributions and are modern feature of halal food group. We have experienced rapidgrowth since being established.The rapid growth have created some problems, especially with employeemanagement, because there is no effective employee incentive plan, this leads employees working withoutmuch enthusiasm and poor working environment, staff turnover is higher, resulting is low. This has aimpact on the development of the company, Thus effectively motivating staff, has become one of the mostimportant factors to assure the company survival and development.Based on various references from abroad of employee achievements and motivational factors, weanalyzed company employees. The analysis included salary incentive, performance incentives, targetmotivation and promotion incentives, etc, Factors affecting employee incentive and various obstacles werealso considered and how these factors influence employee motivation. we analyzed about the presentsituation of M company employees from salary, honor motivation, It appears fair competitions,modernoffice environment and lack of staff management,stable salary,training performance management andother areas such an employee career management affect employee motivation negatively.From thisanalysis,we can see if in particular three aspects are given greater care being better staffmanagement,stable salary and performance management. Employee motivation will be improved.Research based on M company, showed in order for M company to improve employee motivation,asystem help and support needs to be established.Further improvement for the company could be achievedby further employee incentive measures,for example,trying to improve staff’s enthusiasm for working byencouraging enterprise,performance,this concept could be applied to private enterprises, this wouldprovide a real incentive for staff.
