Shandong is a major agricultural province, advanced on behalf of the national characteristics of agricultural development, while also gradually across to the agricultural province. Recently, Shandong Province created a standardized production, standardized cultivation and industrial management, which is on the way of modern agricultural success.In the process of agricultural development in Shandong Province, compared to other agricultural industries, vegetable industry has an absolute advantage, because people can not live without green vegetables, agricultural industry development is inseparable from the development of vegetable industry.Vegetables play an important role in our lives. As human indispensable vegetables for agricultural products,its safety is more and more important.We must take a strategic perspective to analyze and promote "Shouguang Vegetable" brand development. Elements and resources remains an important competitive factor in agricultural development, but they are not sufficient to bring a sustainable competitive advantage, especially in competing brands.Shandong Province is a major agricultural province and agriculture is a cluster brand province. As characteristics of industrial clusters brand, Shouguang Vegetable has still many problems.The first chapter is exordium which briefly describes the research, the background and significance of this article, and the major research and its creative points. The second chapter is the theory of the Agricultural Cluster Brand and Index System, and this study is the theoretical support and background. The third chapter,from the perspective of system analysis Shouguang vegetable cluster brand formation,describes the influencing factors of cluster brand. The fourth chapter design of the Shouguang vegetable cluster brand elements index evaluation system and set up evaluate indicator system. According to the index analysis, the fifth chapter put forward suggestionsto promote the development of Shouguang vegetable cluster. The sixth chapter is the conclusions and deficiencies.
