Rural Commercial Banks in China developed from the shareholding system reform of rural credit cooperatives, along with the deepening of shareholding system transformation and rapid development, occupies a leading position in the rural finance, a strong impetus to the reform and development of rural economy. With the opening up of China’s financial markets, the steady reform of financial system, the growing competition between banking and the gradual use of modern enterprise management system, the internal management mode of China’s rural commercial banks has been greatly impacted. Whether the timely establishment of a reasonable, scientific and effective incentive mechanism to attract talent, retain talent, has become a key step in the sustainable and healthy development of China’s rural commercial banks. Incentive compensation, as an important part of incentive mechanism, which affects the operational efficiency and long-term development of the bank by influencing employees’ work attitudes, work behavior and work performance. In the near years, although Rural Commercial Bank of China has made some development in terms of corporate governance, but compared with other state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks, their inherent incentive compensation mechanism still have some space for development. Therefore, to study and ponder the incentive compensation of rural commercial banks, to give full play to the salary incentive effect, improve the staffs work enthusiasm and initiative, play a maximum efficiency of human capital in the bank, increase the bank’s business performance and competitiveness, maintain regional financial stability and development, have very important significance..This theory with reality, to compensation incentive theory based, to Chizhou JH Rural Commercial Bank as an example, through analysis the salary incentive situation, find out the existing problems, at the same time in learning, reference salary incentive experience of foreign commercial banks based on, needle to give suggestions for improvement, to promote the Chizhou JH Rural Commercial Bank business efficiency and competitiveness, banks to achieve sustainable development, promote the development of rural financial industry. This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction. This paper describes the background, significance and research status at home and abroad, the ideas and methods of this study, the innovation and characteristics of this paper.The second chapter is about the theoretical basis of compensation incentive. This paper defines the concept of compensation and compensation incentive, reviews the related theory of compensation incentive, introduces the basic form and classification of salary incentive in commercial banks, and provides the necessary theoretical basis for the study of this paper.The third chapter is the current situation and existing problems of Chizhou JH Rural Commercial Bank’s salary incentive. It analyzes the basic situation of JH Rural Commercial Banks and the current situation of salary incentive in Chizhou, and analyzes the main problems of the compensation incentive.The fourth chapter is the foreign commercial bank salary incentive experience for reference. Through the analysis of the foreign commercial bank’s salary incentive model, structure and so on, draw lessons from these advanced experience to Chizhou JH Rural Commercial Bank’s salary incentive development brings the enlightenment.The fifth chapter is the Chizhou JH Rural Commercial Bank salary incentive improvement suggestion. In view of the problem, draw lessons from the experience, put forward the improvement suggestion.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of the research. Based on the analysis above, the paper summarizes the full text, and puts forward the expectation for the future research and development.
