Compensation management is an important component of human resources management. It is also an important means to attract talented people and reduce the loss of talent. Salary is the economic link between the employees and enterprises. It has the function of protecting, encouraging and adjusting the employee’s behavior. The rural commercial bank is the reform of the rural credit cooperatives. Compared with large state-owned commercial banks and city commercial banks, agricultural firms have disadvantages in capital scale, clearing channel and service function. In the increasingly severe market competition situation, the development of rural commercial banks is facing a great challenge. It urgently needs to innovate the management mode and improve the market competition ability. Based on the domestic and foreign research, this paper uses the literature research method and the case analysis, taking the Feixi Rural Commercial Bank as the case, from the basic concept and the related theory of the compensation management, and analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the compensation management. This paper also describes the resulting in Feixi Rural Commercial Bank compensation management exist problems and put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the Feixi Rural Commercial Bank compensation management.This thesis is divided into five parts.
