In the post financial crisis era,although there have been some twists and turns in the development of economic globalization,the competition among countries with the main form of enterprise competition was becoming increasingly fierce.China export enterprises not only face the international market demand,international trade protectionism,the grim situation of weak export growth,but also facing the domestic labor cost advantage gradually disappear,the profit space more and more small pressure.Therefore,the export enterprises to do a good job in supplier management,is conducive to consolidate and play their comparative advantage,improve operational efficiency,out of the current predicament.This paper uses the method of comparative research and questionnaire survey to analyze the theory of supplier management and supplier selection method,combined with the actual needs and characteristics of supplier management of trade export enterprises,taking K Company as an example,this paper studies the supplier management problem of the trade export enterprises from two aspects of supplier selection evaluation and supplier performance evaluation by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).This paper holds that the evaluation and performance evaluation model based on AHP can be used to impove the supplier management performance of the trade export enterprises,and it has been applied and validated in the actual case of K Company.This paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the supplier management level of the trade export enterprises.
