Research On Financial Support Of High And New Technology Industry Under The Background Of The Combination Of Industry And Finance

High and new technology industry is a strategic and leading industry,and it is an important indicator to measure the international competitiveness of a country.Accelerating the development of high-tech industry is an important way to further promote the industrial upgrading and build a modern industrial system during the economic transformation in China.It is the inevitable choice to improve the economic development level and achieve new industrialization.In the modern society,the speed of high technology transformation for the actual productivity is faster and faster. However under the background of the industry and finance combination,there are many limiting factors in our country’s high and new technology industry,and China’s financial system to the high technology industry support still exists a lot of problems. The effective way to solve these problems is to improve the financial support of high tech industry.The financial-industrial combination through the integration of industrial capital and financial capital can also promote the long-term healthy development of high-tech industry.Therefore,this paper proposes to improve the financial support system of high-tech industry in the context of the combination of production and finance.Thus,on the one hand,it can directly promote the development of high-tech industries.On the other hand,it can also help the production and financial integration more effective implementation,the ultimate goal is to promote the development of high-tech industries.This paper takes the combination as the background and combines the financial supports for high-tech industry in order to provide some new ideas to promoting the high-tech industry.This paper mainly uses the theory analysis method,literature research method,interdisciplinary research method and comparative research method.First this paper introduces the theoretical basis of the combination of industry and finance as well as financial support for high-tech industries, and puts forward that the development of high-tech industry must be given support and guidance through financial policies and measures.This paper also analyzes the necessity of financial support for high and new technology industry. And through the analyzing the financial support for high-tech industry,the combination of the both will provide a new perspective and research ideas for the financial support of the development of high-tech industry.Secondly,the financial support of China’s high-tech industries exists some obstacles to the development of high-tech industry,like presence of R&D investment and problems in the main financial support path.It will help us to understand the difficulties faced by the combination of financial industry and high-tech industry, and to recognize the challenges in the development of high-tech industries.In addition,this paper introduces some measures ofthe United States, Germany and Japan in supporting the development of high-tech industry,in order to put forward experience for reference to improve the financial support system for China’s high-tech industry. On the basis of the above analysis, the paper proposes suggestions to improve the financial support system of China’s high technology industry in,including strengthen commercial bank support,perfect the risk investment mechanism and improve the multi-level capital market and the financial support of recommendations to promote the development of high-tech industry in our country.From the perspective of research,the research on the financial-industrial combination and the financial support is almost independent.The document of the financial-industrial combination is mainly limited to the effect,mode,current situation,the experience of the financial-industrial combination mode in foreign countries, and the financial-industrial combination of enterprise group.And the relevant documents of the high-tech financial support mainly include the path of financial support,the current situation and problems,the reference of foreign experience and financial support system and so on.This paper is based on the brief introduction of the financial-industrial combination, puts forward the requirements of financial support for high-tech industries,combining the both together to put forward suggestions to perfect the system of financial support and create a new perspective in the study of financial support for high-tech industry.In the aspect of the views innovation,firstly the paper proposes the requirements of the financial-industrial combination to financial support and the existing problems.Secondly,it puts forward perfecting financial support system with the thought of promoting he financial-industrial combination, and hopes to provide some new ideas for the development of high-tech industries. And it also puts forward the proposal to allow commercial banks to set up enterprise departments that can make direct equity investment to new high-tech enterprises.
