Research On Combination Between Industry And Finance Of CRC

The major topic of this paper is research on the combination between industry and finance of CRC. Although the combination between industry and finance is not the latest topic, its earliest development period in China is during 1990s and its development history in CRC is just several years. The main clues of this paper are the present effects and problems generated in the combination between industry and finance of CRC. Per the analysis on the principal pros and related hints in the combination between industry and finance of GE, this paper aims at providing solutions for the corresponding specific questions in the combination between industry and finance of CRC.This paper is taking by comparison induction method, case study method and quantitative research method. Based on a lot of accounting data and quantitative research, there are comparison inductions on the enterprise performance and synergistic effect before and after the combination between industry and finance of CRC. In addition, case study of GE and CRC in the combination between industry and finance is the focused analysis. GE, the bellwether in the combination between industry and finance, shares similarities with CRC, including diversified industry operations in Enterprises Group, expansion by mergers and acquisitions and application by the same manner in the combination between industry and finance. CRC can join its real case to absorb study reference on dominances of GE in relying on industry to develop financial businesses, digitizing internet finance to promote globalization and strengthening risk management and control, etc.17 pieces of charts,4 tables and 30 pieces of reference essays are shown in this paper. Development course in China of combination between industry and finance is stepping into the vigorous development period:the private enterprise is in the ascendant and the state-owned enterprise especially representative as central enterprise is in the further optimization. In the "internet plus" era, in order to further optimize, this paper suggests CRC to innovate financial services combined with industry for strengthening competitiveness of CRC Finance, to establish interactive model between industry and finance which are based on solid industrial foundation for promoting the resources complementation, to build the internet financial platform for breaking through geographical restrictions, to cultivate and develop talents & teams tailored into the combination between industry and finance, in the condition of strong risk management framework with enterprise risk prevention and risk control.
