A Survey On Combination Of Industry And Finance Of Chinese Telecommunication Enterprises

The combination between industry and finance is a pattern which is used capital shares and the participation and right sharing among manpower, and both of them grow together. It can help enterprises to grow and diversified, and can effectively help enterprise to reduce transaction cost and save operation cost. More and more domestic and foreign entrepreneurs give more interest in the combination between industry and finance over time. How to develop the combination between industry and finance has also attracted academia. The progress of the development of market economy of Western countries and emerging market economies begins to appear, and also contributed to the monopoly of the financial and industrial capital. Many companies have achieved the combination between industry and finance but different degrees over the worldwide. the combination between industry and finance helps them to develop their own financial industry and it is the development of modern business road.The country will focus on the development of many types of basic industries, and because the capital and technology is intensive in telecommunications industry, our national also focus on the development of telecommunications industry. In China, the development of the national economy is deeply related to the telecommunications industry, telecommunications industry at this stage is the process of development, and also changes in head finance and management system, which can promote the development of China’s telecom industry. However, if we want the momentum development of the telecommunications companies, they have to develop finance and the combination between industry and finance.In this paper we preliminary analysis of the combination between industry and finance of the telecommunications industry in our country. Standing position on the telecommunications enterprise development, and combined with cases analysis, Comparative analysis, literature review and other research methods we analyzes the Combination of the status quo of China Telecom Enterprise Group according to research, analyze and compare the combination mode of Britain and the United States, Japan, Germany, South Korea and China Enterprise Group. In this article we also take combination between industry and finance platform mode as a research perspective, and take four modes including financial holding companies, finance companies, trust companies and asset management companies forward according to their characteristics. Through the analysis of the characteristics and problems of these four modes, the combination between industry and finance of Chinese telecom and the business operations of finance companies in China-mobile are proposed, and it makes Chinese telecom a useful exploration of the combination between industry and finance.
