Optimization For Business Plan Of Gastrodia Elata Industry And Finance Combination Of ZT Finance Holding Company

In recent years,China's economic situation is declining,the real economy is weak,and the financial industry is inconsistent with the development of the real economy.In order to change this situation,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and various financial policies proposed to enhance the capacity of financial services to the real economy,increase the proportion of direct financing,and promote the development of a healthy,multi-channel,diversified and multi-level capital market.In this context,ZT financial holding company designed a business plan of integrating industry and finance to support the development of Z gastrodia elata industry in order to support the development of Z real economy and gastrodia elata industry,but failed to carry out the business due to various reasons.In order to effectively implement the integrated business plan of gastrodia elata industry and finance and promote the development of gastrodia elata industry,this paper,from the perspective of ZT financial holding company,uses management ideas and methods to optimize the integrated business plan of gastrodia elata industry and finance.Firstly,it introduces the development situation of gastrodia elata industry,and the business plan of gastrodia elata industry and finance in ZT finance holding company.Then analyses and evaluats the business plan,and finds out the problems in the business plan.Analyses the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of ZT finance holding company in developing gastrodia elata industry with financial business using the SWOT analysis of management,and summarize the four strategies of SWOT,and combining with McKinsey's three-tier approach,optimiz the business plan of gastrodia elata industry and finance combination and design the specific implementation plan,and performance evaluation scheme of three levels of business,finally,the business plan suggestion to management.
