Research On The Combination Of Technology And Finance In Changsha High-tech Zone

With the development of China's economy into the "new normal",the macroeconomic downward pressure surge,in order to break through the bottleneck of economic development,enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises,improve the ability of enterprise's technological innovation is imperative.To develop Hunan province thirteenth five-year plan for national economic and social development,The CPC Hunan provincial party committee issued a document.The content is Hunan province is ready to implement innovation-driven development strategy,vigorously promote scientific and technological innovation;play a leading role in the comprehensive innovation of science and technology innovation,efforts in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,technology and finance and other fields to explore a new way;Increase innovation in the field of technology and finance,promoting the capitalization and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.So,by studying the problem of the combination of technology and finance in Changsha High-tech Zone,it is of great significance to understand the situation of technology and finance in Hunan Province.First of all,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,the theoretical basis of the combination of technology and finance.Secondly,this paper takes the Changsha High-tech Zone as the research object,compares and analyzes the status quo of technology and finance with other High-tech Zones.Again,by building the technology and financial resources index,technology and financial investment index,technology and financial output index analysis Changsha high-tech area of the degree of integration of technology and finance,through vertical comparison,the results show that with the zone's investment in technology and finance increased,although the absolute value of scientific and technological output and the relative value is declining,which indicates that there are still some problems in the integration of technology and finance in Changsha High-tech Zone,including the construction of technology and finance service platform is isolated,the coordination mechanism of technology and finance is not perfect,the service organization and product homogeneity and the financing system is not sound;Finally,by analyzing the reasons of the existence of these problems,this paper puts forward the proposal of constructing the "Lugu" model of technology and finance development,intensifying the integration of resources,developing individualized financial products and services,coordinating the development of multi-level capital market,to promote the rapid integration of technology and finance in Changsha High-tech Zone.
