The Management Research Of Tianjin-Qinhuangdao Passenger Dedicated Line Construction Project

Railway construction enterprises as the important pillar industry in China has the characteristics of workplace dispersion and liquid, only by creating an efficient management team and improving the competitive of enterprise, enterprise can gain a foothold in the intense competitive market. In the fifth chapter, respectively from team communication, conflict management and incentive management three aspects put forward the corresponding management strategy for the team manager of the Tianjin-Qinhuangdao railway projects which is under construction.
