With the development of group management, team management has attracted industry’s attention, effective team management can excite staff’s potential, assist in solving problem, enhance organizational identity, improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Railway construction enterprises as the important pillar industry in China has the characteristics of workplace dispersion and liquid, only by creating an efficient management team and improving the competitive of enterprise, enterprise can gain a foothold in the intense competitive market. Tianjin-Qinhuangdao passenger dedicated line construction project as the important railway construction project, the study to the communication management, conflict management and incentive management in team management of the project has important practical significance.In this paper, the Tianjin-Qinhuangdao passenger dedicated line construction project is the research background, with the way of questionnaire to find out the existing problems of the present situation of team management, and according to the causes of the problem putting forward the corresponding improvement strategy.In the second chapter this paper, the second chapter of the Article analysis the general situation, management environment and status quo of the problem of railway of Tianjin-Qinhuangdao projects which is under construction, and concluded that the defects of the current project team management, problem and reason. In the third chapter, through field visits to research the current situation of team communication construction project management, and designed the questionnaire of team management, then send out the questionnaires. In the fourth chapter, respectively from the recovery rate of questionnaires, the characteristics of the respondents, team communication management results, team conflict management of the results and team incentive management results of the survey,and then conducted Statistical analysis, then by adopting the method of the reliability of the credibility of the questionnaire were calculated. In the fifth chapter, respectively from team communication, conflict management and incentive management three aspects put forward the corresponding management strategy for the team manager of the Tianjin-Qinhuangdao railway projects which is under construction.
