With the rapid development of China’s economy, the demand for talents extends increasingly all over the enterprises. In the increasing competitive environment, the enterprises urgently need to absorb talents and retain talents to improving the whole quality of employees. Selection the talent for business development, becomes the basis of human resource management. In order to overcome the selection problems which are work value unfit, incompetence et al, the identification analysis is carried out by work simulation, system evaluation theory, theoretical mathematic modelet al, make the maximize degree of the match.Talent demand for HGJ company at this stage, reducing deviation in the understanding of people-post match, to enhance effective communication both sides oflabour and capital, systematically standardizing the assessment process, continue to promote the satisfaction between enterprise and personnel, research suitable for enterprise effective selection evaluation system, which has significance.This paper analyzes HGJ company actual strategic needs, using the methods of literature research, expert interviews and system analysis. Try to look for the selection ways to meet the demand of enterprise position. Systematically build post match comprehensive selection model. Establish the talent recruitment standards systemscientifically and reasonably.This paper introduces the basic situation of HGJ company, analysis the present situation of the enterprise recruitment and the people-post matching problems of grass-roots management staff, explains the building method of grass-roots management comprehensive selection model specifically from four aspects. First of all, using the methods of the people-post matching theory and empirical research, put forward by post competence, values and common feature matching to realize strategic needs of the grass-roots level high performance management. Secondly,analyzing the characters of three factors. The analyses of grass-roots management personnel competence set up the multi-level competence index system through literature survey and expert interview; The analyses of work values using literature research, combining the enterprise values, design to meet the test validity evaluation questionnaire; By the 0-1 type evaluating the judgment information of common features. Again, through the enterprise survey, determining the relationship between the three factors to study, thus people-post matching comprehensive selection model is established. Finally, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the questionnaire validity test statistics analysis to examine the validity of the model. Eventually findingthe comprehensive model which is fit for the grass-roots management personnel selection of HGJ company.This thesis follows the principle of theory combined with the actual to recruit marketing director position for the measured object, applies the grass-roots management personnel comprehensive selection model, better get the candidate people-post matching degree is high. At the same time, in order to better use of comprehensive selection model, this paper also puts forward relevant suggestions and perfects countermeasures of the management system.
