| In the economic globalization trend of development, container transportation is also showing a trend of the corresponding. Trade in goods between countries gradually increases, and the pursuit of scale economic benefits and the shipbuilding technology continues to improve the operation of the increasingly large ship international routes. ALDI is a German supermarket chain. With the continuous expansion and the increasing stores, of ALDI in Australia, the original mode of operation can not afford ever fount goods. There is an urgent need to optimize the traditional transportation mode. Through the port of departure distribution, moving forward the distribution helps improve distribution efficiency, reduce the cost and improve customer service level, which has extremely important theory value and the practice significance for the expansion of the ALDI.This article, based on the actual data of ALDI company from China to Australia supermarket goods, designs scheme for the tray distribution of port of departure. First, analyze the current situation and demand of the port departure distribution of the company from China to Australia supermarket. Then from the box with data, the cost of transportation and the advantages and disadvantages, traditional distribution and the port of departure tray distribution are compared. Finally, a specific implementation plan is designed.The results of this study indicate that the use of port of departure of palletized cabinet can reduce ALDI in the port of transit warehouses pressure, and avoid delays in delivery in season promotion. When a large number of goods reach, there is not any container backlog, and all the goods will arrive at the store sales for the first time. Therefore, ALDI can reduce logistics costs, improve circulation speed, and further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the same industry to create a better economic efficiency. |
