Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s modern logistics industry has played an important role in reducing production and operation costs,enterprise logistics costs and increasing the enterprises’ competitiveness as well.Meanwhile,as the basic unit of logistics operations,tray is a widely used carrying device,a key element in connecting transportation,storage,packaging,handling and other related logistic operations.However,in the real situation,the use of the tray reflects a number of problems,for example,wasting transport resources,recycling difficulties,loading and moving problems,which result in high transport costs,poor customer satisfaction,low tray operating efficiency,etc.Through analysis,people proposed a tray sharing system,composed of tray renting companies,tray operation centers and tray demanders.The components of this system make renting cooperation,through which trays are high frequently used,thus improving the operational efficiency.This paper mainly studies tray dispatching system given the random situation.The stochastic constrained programming model is established,according to random demand of tray demanders,random recycling demand of tray possessors,random storing capability of operation centers,random loading abilities of both tray demanders and possessors,random transportation ability of the road,etc.The model aims to find the optimal solutions for random tray dispatching system,in order to reduce the cost,improve the efficiency.Besides,according to the real situation,the demands are not necessarily the full container load(FCL).Therefore,this paper considered the less than container load(LCL)and multiply-type vehicles.In solving the problem,a genetic algorithm is applied to the specific situation of the problem.Besides,use LINGO to verify the validity of the genetic algorithm.In the numerical analysis,the influence of different type vehicles and confidence levels on decision making is given.
