International financial crisis has in the past years,but the global economy is still not calm,all kinds of potential risks are intertwined,business environment is getting more and more complex,increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,enterprises simply rely on internal management optimization,process improvement is very difficult in the competition to take advantage,enterprises need to by using resources of the upstream and downstream enterprises to increase the competition of chips,through a combination of excellent supplier formed strategic interests of the community,together to resist the competition and risk.A good supplier evaluation system can quickly identify the advantages and disadvantages of suppliers,develop their advantages,to help suppliers improve their shortcomings,the supplier's progress is the progress of the enterprise itself.Based on the related theories of supply chain and supply chain management,analysis of existing supplier evaluation and selection method is relatively mature,and then finishing the index and the process of supplier selection.Then it analyzes the supplier evaluation system and the process of SAM company,find out the existing problems.Through the analysis of Sam's problem of supplier evaluation and practice in the process of analysis,we put forward the ideas and solutions.Finally,in accordance with an example of supplier evaluation proposed the recommendations to improve the supplier evaluation system.
