The natural disasters have shifted more frequently, caused great casualties and property losses especially in the past decade. In the face of increasingly complex and severe disaster situation, it is particularly important and urgent to complete the work of disaster relieves materials reserve in order to guarantee the affected people basic life need. However, there are problems such as scattered relief materials reserve and insufficient reserve, single reserve way, lack of warehouse management means, scrap supplies expiration phenomenon from the perspective of current situation. Therefore, it has an important practical significance to study on how to determine the amount of system of relief materials reserve, inventory management strategy formulation for sound perfect relief materials reserve system, economic and efficient completion of relief materials reserve taskThrough a large number of field investigation and data analysis, this paper is based on the related research, which is mainly from the following aspects of disaster relief supplies inventory management system research and in-depth discussion(1)By analyzing the main types and characteristics of natural disasters in China, expounds the concept of disaster relief materials, types, needs, characteristics, way of reserves, inventory management, and summarize the disaster relief materials reserve in our country and the problems existing in the inventory management. Considering the relief supplies demand uncertainty, analysis the economic losses from two aspects which are reserve excessive and insufficient reserve, using the information entropy theory to establish the relief materials reserve model, in order to get a certain scope of radiation under the conditions of relief materials reserve the best reserves.(2)By analyzing of the basic elements of inventory system, constitute and the cost control target, facing the disaster relief supplies demand and normal life supplies demand, set the minimum inventory control cost as the goal, established the inventory control model based on flat urgent relief supplies, in order to calculate the relief materials reserve point of order quantity, order point and minimum inventory cost.(3)Using the jointly managed inventory method, set the minimum inventory control cost as the goal, set up a centralized ordering model and allocation model, under the combination of flat urgent relief supplies inventory optimization control, to make sure the relief materials reserve system and quantity of the order quantity, allocate the minimum inventory cost, and put forward the strategy.(4)Using the storehouses of relief supplies in Hubei province as an example, determines the best drinking water reserves in various relief materials reserve radiation within the scope, calculated the reserves under the flat nasty combination point of the order quantity of drinking water, reorder point and minimum inventory cost, points out the joint inventory management under the reserves potable water quantity, order point and the minimum inventory cost, and analyzed and compared the calculation results.
