Research About Material Inventory Control Of Coal Enterprise Based On TOC

Inventory control is an important part of enterprise management, has become an effective way that the modern enterprises reduce costs and improve their core competitiveness, so, the quality of inventory management affects the economic efficiency of enterprises. The emergence of the idea of supply chain management, the development of inventory control methods is greatly promoted, these methods show great advantages in lowering costs of inventory and improving service levels of enterprises, but also promote a wide applications of supply chain management method.Coal industry is the foundation of our traditional industries, the method of coal materials management has long been limited in the experience management, with the effect of the development of social and changes of market conditions, the problem that enterprise materials stocks have been high, the backlog of inventory is serious, product waste is caused by idle materials is more and more prominent, the methods of traditional inventory control have been unable to meet the needs of modern enterprises, and, therefore, taking a new inventory control methods is to ensure the level of inventory, but also ensure the continuity of production in order to reach the aim of inventory control reasonably.Based on analyzing all problems that coal industry encounters, the thesis puts forward that it is necessary to control the inventory for coal enterprise and the content,meanings,methods and thinking and so on. Next, elaborating the current theory of inventory control of coal enterprise, this thesis analyzes the status of coal enterprise inventory and presents the causes of material inventory of coal enterprise, and the bottleneck constraints of coal enterprise material inventory are analyzed. Then, based on introducing the basic idea of TOC, the thesis interprets the application process of TOC step by step, including the methods,range of application and the problems of paying attention to in the process of applying TOC, the emphases content is that taking the problems of coal enterprise material inventory as the foundation, the thesis identifies the bottleneck that effects the material inventory of current coal enterprises making use of theory of constraints, for the key factor of the problem, the thesis formulates a solution to the problem. Finally, taking A enterprise as the research object, the thesis analyzes the problems that A enterprise has in material inventory control in detail with the use of TOC, obtains the bottleneck factor of affecting material inventory control of A enterprise, proposes the solutions to problems, and optimizes and analyzes A enterprise material inventory specifically using the methods of vendor managed inventory and jointly managed inventory respectively and summarizes the effects of the optimization.
