In recent years, local sudden natural disasters or sudden public health incidents still bring great threat to the survival and development of human beings. In this case, in order to minimize the loss, avoid the continuous expansion of sudden disaster, and make everything go as usual as soon as possible, it is necessary for researchers to build temporary emergency logistics in time. Emergency materials are the core elements during the process of realization of emergency logistics. The ultimate goal of all emergency work is to send emergency materials to the hands of victims. Emergency materials are the premise and foundation of all other emergency works. The inventory levels of emergency materials are directly related to the ability to effectively control the further occurrence of disasters. As a result, it is easy to see theoretical and practical values for doing research and exploration on emergency material inventory management in order to improve emergency response ability of the logistics system and the level of emergency logistics.The article first reviews the research status of emergency logistics and inventory management of emergency materials, introduces the concept of emergency logistics and emergency materials, describes the requirement and processes of management of emergency material and the relevant knowledge of inventory management of emergency materials.The article then briefly introduces the emergency materials inventory classifications and control models, in this basis, divides the inventory management of emergency materials into two sub-problems: emergency inventory classification and the reserves determination.On the basis of building the evaluation system of emergency materials and using AHP to determine the weight of each index and the questionnaire to determine membership matrix, the article use FAHP to classify inventory of emergency materials, then considering the probability distribution of material requirement of different disaster intensity and the disasters loss caused by deficient reserves and excessive reserves, the article uses information entropy to build the model of reserves of important materials in order to meet the disaster needs and the most efficient use of special funds,Finally, the article uses two models to analyze tents. According to the FAHP and the questionnaire of experts, tents should be urgent reserve materials. Then taking HeFei central warehouse as example, through the tent needs of different disasters intensity in the past 20 years, the article uses information entropy to calculate the reserve quantity of HeFei warehouse. As a result, the results of research match the number of the actual storage.
