HW's Application Research On Lean Production

As an advanced management mode in manufacturing field,the Lean production originated from Japanese Toyota Vehicles has become a commercial success which is referred to many global enterprises for learning research and successful case studies.Meanwhile,it also becomes a strategic significance of the management in the global manufacturing industry which brings new opportunities to business transformation development.Lean production is cored on eliminating all waste to improve production efficiency and to meet delivery and customer demands in the premise of ensuring product quality by effectively eliminating waste in producing process as well as eliminating unreasonable and non value added activities.This paper takes the HW Company as research object,based on the methods of lean production theory,applications and value stream mapping to analyze the actual company situation and apply to the implementation of lean production in HW Company.Based on the implementation result of lean production in HW Company to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of implementing the Lean production in enterprises which are transformed from research-based type to manufacturing with many varieties of small batch production and to prove the improvement in many aspects of enterprises,so as to enhance the enterprise management level and core competitiveness,and also provide lean production experiences and methods for similar enterprises.
