Design And Research On A Company Information Planning

Along with the rapid development of information technology, the human civilization is changing from the industrial civilization age into the information civilization by a new technology revolution. Informatization construction has becoming an important breakthrough for the enterprises to obtain competitive advantage and promote the comprehensive upgrade. Under the guidance of "to drive the industrialization with information and promote information with industrialization", Aerospace manufacturing is gradually changing from the traditional pattern of 1 industrialized production and management to digitization manufacturing and management which is more Integrated, informationalized and networked. By the mutual confluence of a large number of information technology, digital technology, modern management technology and new manufacturing technology, the new generation of military equipment research & development process and the transformation of the enterprise management mode were comprehensively promoted, which is more based on the enterprises information platform. As the high-tech enterprise of China aerospace science and technology group co., LTD., the Company A is one of the key Security forces companies which is undertook the responsibility of technology. As the integral part of a scientific research production system, informatization must be integrated into the systemn order to form the core support.This paper is to develop informatization planning scheme for Company A as the research object. It reviewed the informatization planning theory and current situation of the development of both domestic and abroad, and analyzed the internal and external industrial environment of Company A by using SWOT in order to define the Informatization development strategy. This paper analyzed the current situation of Company A’s informatization development by deep investigation and research on the informatization construction, combining with the advantages and disadvantages of the existing system of the company which according to the real situation of informatization development. Meanwhile, it points out the problem of the company informatization development.1This paper is to study the structure of informatization development by using the integrated application of SST and CSF and come up with the Informatization planning scheme for Company A. By implementing the "Five platform and Two system", this study illustrated and designed the informatization planning and action plan which is in accordance of the needs of Company A, and put forward the organization, personnel, capital, management, technology and implementation safeguard measures. This accelerates the process of scientific research, production, digital operation and management. It establish a coordinated, flexible, fast space of new scientific research system, gradually realize from the traditional "mechanical space" to "digital space", vigorously carry out information construction, to further strengthen the ability system of information-based foundation, through operations management information flow, the construction of digital integrated management system, improve the innovation design, rapid manufacturing, product whole life cycle of fine, informationization management ability.This paper aimed to provide the reference for the Company A and the enterprises of aerospace industry on the informationization planning and construction. However, due to the Informatization planning uncertainties, the study also needs to be combined with the development of the enterprise to adjust in a timely manner.
