Study On Industial Informationization Estimates Theory And Method

Among informationization construction theory research contents, the theory of estimate informationization level is important part which can estimate informationization construction achievement level appraised in right time. At present, there are many studies on enterprise informationization, but the study on industry informationization is rare among the articles of study informationization. Obviously, this is not favored for industry informationization construction of our country. So it is extremely urgent that we should set up a set of scientific, systematic and feasible theory of estimate the level of industry informationization which can do scientific, objective and accurate evaluation on industry informationization in order to do much better on constructing industry informationization.The author of this paper, propose the theory and method of estimate industry informationization level after fully studying the domestic and international articles on informationization and apply the present existing materials on estimating enterprise's informationization level.The theory includes the designing of index system, method on synthesis index, method on getting index weight, real example analysis and the problem and solution of industry and enterprise's informationization construction and the process. The index system includes two major parts : the index system of estimating enterprise's informationization level and estimating industry informationization environment. The related matrix method is the main method in process of synthesis indexes. Using the method of AHP and expert giving score method we can get the index weight. Because the index system includes the positve index , reverse index and appropriate index, there are no distinct quantitative limits to distinguish good from bad also it includes qualitative and quantitative two indexes system, acculate the score of indexes we use fuzzy degree of dependence function and qualitative and quantitative analysis method to analysis the index .
