Under the influence of global integration,and under the push of market economy, Corporate governance structure,management concept and market operation already had a huge change in Chinese companies. When China meeting the world, the changes were caused not only pushing and harmony but problem and competition. The most problem is salary. The problem of compensation is the key problem of employee relations because of involving in company and employees. If a company want to develop and meet employees` need, it must be consider about how to deal with salary management, how to maximize incentive effect of compensation, how to control the human cost, how to attract people.A company run smoothly by using the good people and company connect with people by compensation and job. Compensation management is a key of human resource management. At same time, production and business is basis for compensation management. The decision of pay structure, one of the important foundation activities of enterprise management, impacts on employees’ satisfaction, effort and company performance. The film wants to motivate and inspire staff, further make them to work harder and improve the work performance. So a scientific and reasonable compensation structure and level is indispensable, moreover it has a great significance.In this paper, we focus on compensation structure. With the reality problem, how to improve the efficiency of compensation is the most key reason. At first, in order to preparing for designing the model, the research found out the relationship of competition,effort and company performance by collecting, identifying, regulating and concluding the relevant literature. At same time, this paper considered employee compensation preferences and personal wishes. The paper synthesized advantages of single dimension and multi-dimension pay satisfaction measurement. Finally, the study put forward the new measurement that refers to many factors as reference point. This way accord with practice and operate easily. But this paper has a difference from other research that in order to looking for patterns and verifying the hypothesis by SPSS to analyzing the data. While, This research build a model on base of operational research.The next step, according to relevant compensation incentive theory and mechanism, the paper put forward two kinds of compensation structure model. One includes pay performance, the other does not. This model, base on wish of employees, determines the compensation form and weigh. In addition, in order to refining the compensation optimization model, there are two different objective function and constraint conditions in the two kinds of model. The model become more practical and be applied to the business process more easily. In the end, the paper verities the model scientifically and operationally by using a sample. In the end, the paper verities the model scientifically and operationally by using a case and get the results through the software LINGO.In addition, this paper designs the ergonomic payment model which based on the theory of operational research. It is different from the model that using regression analysis or collect data for descriptive analysis. This research are willing to put out a method or suggestion about promote payment structure, it’s more convenient in practice.
