| It is self-evident that in the era of knowledge-based economy,talent plays an important role in the sustainable development of enterprises.It is a difficult problem for every enterprise to retain and motivate its core employees.At the same time,China is moving from making big powers to building powerful countries.The“Made in China 2025”plan and“Internet+" put the innovation on the absolute height.Under this background,as the source of innovation,talent has become the target that the major enterprises fight for.The loss of talented people can cause immeasurable loss to any one enterprise.rVhat,s worse,the change of the times and the change of job-seekers’ perspectives make the state-owned enterprises no longer have incomparable advantages.In addition to the impact of the rigid salary system of traditonal state-owned enterprises,in the war of competition for talents,the state-owned enterprises in our country gradually fall into the lower hand.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to solve the problem of the loss of outstanding employees of state-owned entreprises from the perspective of salary reform.The purpose of this paper is to explore the present status of compensation satisfaction of employees and the role of compensation reform in reducing employee turnover in state-owned enterprises from the perspective of compensation factors.First of all,based on the literature about the concepts of compensation satisfaction,employee turmover and their measurement and influencing factors,employee incentives,characteristics of state-owned enterprises and its existing compensation systems,etc.,,this paper uses all the employees of A company as samples for empirical research,obtains 386 valid data through interviews and questionnaires.Through data analysis,we obtain the general salary satisfaction profile of A company employees and the propensity for salary reform,thus the main ideas for salary reform are determined,and then this paper elaborates on the design design process and implementation effects of the compensation reform.Afterwards,by comparing the changes of employee turnover rate before and after the reform,the effects of salary reform of state-owned enterprises on employee turmover rate are investigated.The results show that reasonable compensation reform measures can effectively reduce the tuomover rate of core employees and attract more talents to join.Finally,according to the results of the data analysis,this paper discusses the conclusions of the study,at the same time,the limitations of the paper research are illustrated,and the prospect of possible research on the state-owned enterprises’ salary reform is put forward.The innovation of this paper lies in introducing the salary element as the entry point that influences employee tuomover,which is different from the previous research on the various influencing factors of employee turnover.It puts the emphasis on the mechanism of compensation in employee turnover and introduces it into the state-owned enterprise field.And through the concrete case study,this paper explores the relationship between compensation reform and employee turmover,which helps understand the influence of remuneration factors on employee turnover in the era of promoting innovation.In all,this research has certain novelty in the domestic literature,which enriches the relevant theories on the influencing factors of staff turnover.At the same time,the effectiveness of salary reform has theoretical and practical implications for the reform of the compensation system in state-owned enterprises. |
