Research On Export Factors Of Agricultural Product Of Heilongjiang Province To Russia

Heilongjiang’s neighboring Russia and transport facilities, long cultural exchanges and a long history. China’s economic and trade cooperation with Russia occupies a very important position. Over the years, Heilongjiang Province, with Russia in various fields of economic and trade cooperation are at the forefront of the country. The border trade between China and Russia has a history of several hundred years, cold weather in Russia, agricultural production is influenced by the geographical environment, people’s daily lives need to be in short supply of agricultural products. Heilongjiang province is in the temperate zone of our country, which belongs to the temperate monsoon climate, the agricultural resources are very rich, the agricultural production level is high, the grain output is high, the animal husbandry development is good, the vegetables and fruits are rich. So for Heilongjiang Province, is of great significance fo r agricultural exports.In the era of rapid development of the world economy, Heilongjiang province should give full play to the comparative advantage of export agricultural products, to Russia’s market demand as a guide, making full use of the convenient transportation conditions and further strengthen the agricultural products export. So as to promote the development of agricultural economy and the overall economic growth in Heilongjiang Province, and finally promote the construction of China’s agricultural economy. This article first describes the overall research background, research purposes, theoretical and practical significance, comparative study on agricultural products trade between China and foreign countries. The domestic literature mainly refers to the agricultural products trade between Heilongjiang and Russia. After the introduction of research content and research ideas and methods and defines the concept of the main agricultural products and introduces the theoretical basis of the relevant research in this paper. The use of relevant statistical data collection and access to the introduction and analysis of the present situation of the agricultural products export in Heilongjiang Province. Respectively according to the reality of Heilongjiang Province and Russia both sides put forward factors that impact on the Russian agricultural product export trade in Heilongjiang Province. On this basis, using multiple regression analysis to empirical analysis of the influencing factors, based on the empiri cal analysis of the influencing factors of the government and the two main enterprises, respectively, the corresponding policy recommendations, finally, the final conclusion is drawn.
