Research On Development Of Agricultural Products Export Trade From Heilongjiang Province To Russia

In recent years, economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia has entered a new era of mutual benefit and win-win which is dominated by pragmatic cooperation. Heilongjiang province whose border with Russia is more than3000kilometers is located in the center of northeast Asia. For the export trade of the agricultural products to Russia, the Heilongjiang province enjoys great advantage. The export trade of the agricultural products between Heilongjiang province and Russia is always playing an important part in the overall economic development strategy. At present, the trade of agricultural products between Heilongjiang province and Russia maintains steady development trend and is still developing with huge potential. But the trade of agricultural products between Heilongjiang province and Russia is facing new opportunities and challenges. Therefore, based on the new situation, Heilongjiang province should analyse the competitiveness and main problems of agricultural products export, putting forward the corresponding counter measures and suggestions can provide theoretical support and help to improve the level of agricultural products export trade between Heilongjiang province and Russia.This paper focuses on development of agricultural products export trade from Heilongjiang province to Russia and combines the domestic and foreign existing relevant research results with the theory of international trade and the theory. First of all, this paper analyzes the development situation and foundation of the agricultural products export trade between Heilongjiang province and Russia, points out the opportunities and challenges which Heilongjiang province’s agricultural products export trade is facing based on international competitiveness; What’s more, the paper applicates and the constant market share model and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model whose results reflect influencing factors on the growth of agricultural product export trade and the competitiveness of Heilongjiang province’s agricultural products export. The models measure and calculate the whole competitiveness of Heilongjiang province’s agricultural products export to Russia. In addition, with the results of mathematical models and the realistic development situation of the bilateral agricultural trade, this paper analyzes main problems of the agricultural products export trade between Heilongjiang province and Russia; Last but not least, the paper puts forward a series of feasible counter measures and suggestions from two aspects of the government and enterprises on the basis of the market demand of agricultural products in Russia. The government should perfect the system of the agricultural products trade policy to Russia, set up information services platform of agricultural products trade, insure quality safety of agricultural products, train professional agricultural trade talents, build agricultural products export base and green ecological agricultural park; Enterprise should improve the scientific and technological content of export of agricultural products, adjust the structure of products export based on the demand of Russia, expand sales channels of Russia market, strengthen international competitiveness of leading agricultural products Export enterprise, perfect third-party logistics mode of agricultural products trade, promote the market share of the agricultural products of Heilongjiang province in order to realize the great development of the agricultural products trade of Heilongjiang province to Russia.
