Analysis Of Influences Factors Of Involvement For Heilongjiang Farmers To Agricultural Cooperatives

Heilongjiang Province is an important major grain-producing area, and the per capita share of cultivated land in China takes the first place. Because fewer people and more land planted, agricultural machinery to play the role of Heilongjiang’s agricultural production is of great significance. Currently, under the premise of the resistance of traditional business model of agricultural, the government have put forward to the "strive to build intensive, professional, and social organization of a combination of new agricultural system", which provides for the new Rural Reform breakthrough. Agricultural cooperatives as one of the new agric ultural business entities, it is stressed that the Ministry of Agriculture is currently developing a business model. Agricultural cooperatives have a larger role in the degree of organization of farmers, promotion of agricultural technology, improve management and other agricultural mechanization. Agricultural cooperatives can unite the scattered farmers, help reduce production costs and transaction costs, avoid market risks, improve the bargaining power. Grass-roots organizations are members of agricultural cooperatives of farmers and their development and eventual implementation of the body should also be farmers. The development of agricultural cooperatives should be to meet the needs of farmers as the ultimate goal. Therefore, the study of willingness o f farmers to participate in agricultural cooperatives and its influencing factors, can reveal the inherent law of development of agricultural cooperatives and grasp the basic direction of the development of agricultural cooperatives. It also has a great practical significance to support the development of policy development. It starts from the willingness of farmers to participate in agricultural cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province and its influencing factors.Then the writer uses the survey data of Harbin, Qiqihar, Jiamusi and Heihe. He also uses statistical methods to analysis, and the binary Logistic regression model to analyze the willingness to farmers to participate in agricultural cooperatives. The results showed that: factors to influence the behavior of Heilongjiang farmers involved in agricultural cooperatives have more significant in age, education level, years of farming, farmer awareness of the agricultural cooperatives, the family of arable land, difficulties in production, government support strength and agricultural cooperatives operating standard. Based on these studies, the writer put forward to recommendations from perspective of government, farmer cooperatives and farmers to enable farmers to understand agricultural cooperatives from ful l range; To support them in policy; it should increase the intensity of investment in basic education; ensure standardization run of the cooperatives. The agricultural cooperatives should regulate their operation mechanism; agricultural cooperatives to improve their management level; currently cooperatives should simplify the formalities to join a company. The farmers should cultivate sense of cooperation to enhance the enthusiasm; it should improve the quality of farmers to improve the ability to participate.
