It is widely accepted in the world that cooperatives, as an economic organization, is very useful for our society, especially for the weakling. It is the reason why we want to help the farmers out of poverty, and take part in the market economy, by agricultural cooperatives. What we think is always right, but what we do is always wrong. Because it is hard for us to be absolutely realistic, we are always subjective, especially for a wonderful future. The reason why I have written this article, is to be aware of the fundamental conditions of the development of agricultural cooperatives. There are three fundamental conditions of the development of agricultural cooperatives. First of all, in most countryside, commodity agriculture has not been developed, so that it is not necessary to develop the social services. As a result, being a part of the social services, agricultural cooperatives will not be developed unless commodity agriculture is developed first. Secondly, because of many reasons, we can't ensure the farmers'independence. So, farmers can't develop their own organizations, such as agricultural cooperatives. lastly, in order to protect and help agricultural cooperatives, it is necessary to pass the law of cooperatives. We must develop commodity agriculture, ensure the farmers'independence and pass the law of cooperatives. If we have done all of these things well, agricultural cooperatives will be developed naturally.Above all, in our country, the agricultural cooperatives will play an important role in the future. We should pay much attention to the development of agricultural cooperatives.
