Research On The Development Of Zhumadian Agriculture Machinery Cooperatives

Farmer Cooperatives Law" had been formally promulgated Since July1,2007, especially after the Third Plenary Session of the Seventeenth, all kinds of farmercooperatives are booming in our country. As one important form, agricultural cooperativeshas achieved rapid development in recent years. For Zhumadian City, registered agriculturalcooperatives reach4776in Henan province by the end of2012, Where the quantity ofagricultural cooperatives is largest in Zhumadian City, reached nearly700, ranking first inHenan Province. There are nearly hundred pilots agricultural cooperatives in nine countiesand one district, thereinto, National demonstration cooperatives, provincial cooperatives,municipal model are up to78, agricultural cooperatives will develop more rapidly in2014.After National and provincial and municipal governments issued more preferential policiesfor people, it is growing enthusiasm that agricultural cooperatives are established by farmers.Until now, agricultural cooperatives of passed commercial registration has exceeded morethan eight hundred in the city that almost has achieved one village, one community.Co-operation helps to improve the fertility of rural land, improve crop yields, increasefarmers’ agricultural income, accelerate the pace of rural land management right. It plays animportance on the aspect of realizing large-scale land operation and transferring agriculturallabor, etc.Therefore, firstly, this paper defines theoretically the connotation of agriculturalcooperatives and reviews relevant literature. Secondly, the development process of domesticand foreign agricultural cooperatives in the developed areas and the pattern of classicalagricultural co-op were reviewed,then analyzed,compared and researched. Finally, we learntheir advanced experience of agricultural cooperatives from the developed countries, thenanalyze its current development of agricultural cooperatives according to the actualcircumstances in Zhumadian, point out that some problems of agricultural cooperativescurrently exist and correspond countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.Through researching this paper, i hope that it has a targeted theoretical guidance foragricultural cooperatives in the long-term development in Zhumadian, shares the ideas formanagement and relevant functional departments so that it is effective to play a role in theservice “three rural”.
