E-commerce has seeped deeply into people’s daily lives, while the traditional sales industry continues to shrink. E-commerce attracts the attention of the society, and many traditional industries have joined into E-commerce. Being limited by internal and external economic environment, chemical industries are confronted with many challenges, such as overproduction, costs rising, profit decreasing, natural resources and environment constraining and innovation absence. To ensure sustainable development, the challenges which may affect the development for a long time should be undertaken. Through Internet+ thinking patterns and technology, switching industrial products purchasing and marketing from offline to online, creating the platform for selecting and purchasing of products and service, would reduce effectively the marketing cost, enhance enterprise profits and competitiveness too.Integrating theory with practice and based on the analysis of PCE industry environment, competitors and the strengths and weaknesses of e-business patterns(business to business, Business to customer, online to offline), Combining the features of Wuhan oxiranchem. INC. product and resources and capability, the paper discusses the construction of e-commerce platform and gives the corresponding policy measures. The aim of this paper is to provide reference to the marketing of Company products, and finally to achieve economic and social benefits.
