Sales logistics is the last part of the enterprise to transform into the capital, which plays a very important role in the enterprise operation, sales logistics is or has been recognized as the dominant third profit source, sales logistics management quality has direct impact on customer satisfaction, enterprise sales logistics cost, enterprise market competitiveness and enterprise overall profit level and other levels have a direct relationship. Strengthen enterprise sales logistics management, become the common problems facing the enterprise. There are many factors that affect the quality of logistics management, such as sales forecast, inventory management, coordination between departments, logistics transportation route planning quality, logistics mode choice and all kinds of information management, in order to improve the sales logistics management level, we must optimize from many angles, in order to effectively sell logistics efficiency. Establish and improve the scientific and reasonable sales logistics network, not only can improve the efficiency of enterprise management, reduce the operating costs, but also can make the enterprise more close to consumers and understand and win the market competitiveness of enterprises. Sales logistics management for business mainly reflected in three aspects, namely, the control of operating costs, improve customer satisfaction and access to the production and sales of useful information. So the sales logistics management for the development of enterprises have a comprehensive contribution.This paper takes UBC company as an example to explore the problems existing in the sales logistics management, and put forward the corresponding strategies, hoping to provide reference for the optimization of UBC company’s sales logistics management. First of all, this paper is to study the background, significance and current situation of the research, and lay a theoretical foundation for this paper. Next to the enterprise sales logistics and its sales logistics optimization analysis. Thirdly, it analyzes the current situation and problems of UBC company’s sales logistics management, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the problem, and finally draws the conclusion.
