Study On PL Company’s Sales Logistics System Optimization

As the link of enterprises and customers,sales logistics system is not only the important sales support activity but also customer’s service in the enterprises operation.Therefore optimization of sales logistics has always been the important subject for enterprises to improve the operation ability and marketing management.Through consistent optimize the sales logistics system,enterprises could guarantee all the logistic parts highly-efficient running,provide the excellent custom service according to quick responding for the orders,control the logistic cost,reduce the inventory funds occupancy and increase the economic benefit through reasonable optimization of sale logistics network and finally further to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the markets.This article takes the PL Company’s sales logistics system as the research object to make a comprehensively deep study on the optimization of PL Company’s sales logistics system.First,the paper summarizes the foreign and domestic study of logistics and application theory and mature application tools.Second,on the basis of outlining the status of PL Company’s sales logistics,the paper analyzes the PL Company’s problems of sales logistics system from organization structure,order processing,distribution network and inventory management.Forth,aiming at the above problems,the paper put forwards four aspects to make optimization on Company’s sales logistics through changing the Company’s organization structure into functional type,reengineering and simplifying the order procedures,making storage location by linear programming and controlling inventory and structures by ABC Classification.Finally,the paper makes the application analysis of the optimization plan according to the PL Company’s reality.
