Optimization Of Sales Logistics For PSI Company

On all accounts, under the intense competitive circumstance featuring the buyer's market, an advanced, efficient logistics network plays a crucial role in obtaining competitive advantage. In the case of enterprises, the construction and optimization of logistics network is the most important part of their logistics system planning. It can promote the whole operating efficiency of the business logistics system effectively, and, also it directly decides whether that system is good or not. In addition, it will reflect, to some extent, the market competitive competence and integrated management level of the enterprises. Therefore, enterprise sales logistics is emphasis of research and optimization of modern enterprise logistics.For enterprises, to reform and innovate the logistics system is just to seek the most effective way to decrease logistics cost and enhance the competition advantage of the enterprises. The enterprises must increase the running efficiency of logistics links, reengineer the traditional organization construction and business flow, and draw the support from computer net to serve the logistics system, all of these are inevitable developing ways.This paper regards PSI company as research object, research and explore to sales logistics optimization to PSI company from three aspects that are theory, diagnoses and optimization studying.Firstly, this paper described the contents and methods of sales logistics optimization, and then made the concrete introduction to PSI company and its sales logistics operation pattern, through analyzing the original issue of the sales logistics system of PSI company, combining product's logistics requirements and the characteristic of the sales logistics, this paper proposed optimization principles and ideas for PSI company's sales logistics system. Based on this further studied on the optimization program of sales logistics system, the program focused on organizational of order process, choice of sales logistics center site and re-choice of the third party logistics company. Finally this paper presented the qualitative evaluation of the optimization program. The results show that enterprises can significantly improve the operation efficiency of logistics systems, improve customer service level by optimizing the sales logistics system, let PSI company stand advantageous position in increasingly drastic competition market.
