Under the background of our country economy enters the deceleration change, basic chemical raw materials industry faced with the grim situation of "low growth, low yield, high cost". Our country want to control "two high" industry ‘s development, these factories have an important impact on the future development of the chlorine- alkali industry. So to reduce the cost of enterprise, improve the profitability of the business will be imperative under the situation. By production capacity JS company is one of the top three of the large state-owned PVC production enterprises, this carbon based production process in high oil prices and low environmental requirements, has obvious cost advantage. In recent years, with the impact of international oil prices continue to falling down and domestic chlorine- alkali chemical industry capacity’s excess, JS Company’s cost advantage is fading, and environmental pressure, material cost and human resources cost pressures rising, enterprises are facing increasing competitive pressures, profit margins continue to decline, how to improve their core competitive capacity and price advantage become points of JS Company should pays close attention to.JS company is located in Xinjiang Province, in China’s northwest side, and the market are mainly distributed in the eastern regions of the country, long transport distance. JS company is located in XinJiang province, in the northwest of our country,have very long transport distance, the logistics cost plan innovation will be more obvious is reflected in the improvement of the cost issue.Will play a greater effect.This paper first analyzed the related research achievements of logistics management in the chlorinealkali chemical industry, Tries to use the theory of supply chain management to illustrates the logistics, sales logistics, chlorine- alkali chemical logistics, logistics management Etc, In view of the JS company logistics management and production logistics activities is relatively simple, the overall effect is smaller, so most influence of JS company mainly is sales logistics. according to the organization and management of JS company,there just exists two departments of transportation, arrangement transportation all in accordance with the production plan; and all of its own logistics is down by itself logistics company, according to the forecast of shipment makes shipments make effort to through logistics management thoughts on the whole coordination of the, transportation activity, straighten out production, transportation, warehouse management and transportation logistics information construction, as present situation of JS company,presented some methods like optimize its own logistics management, add third-party logistics to strengthen the logistics service, optimize the warehouse management, as well as the method to set up the information platform of JS company, put forward in view of the existing problems of JS company improvement scheme and implementation strategy, to realize the JS company’s sales logistics whole logistics chain, so as to improve the competitive power.Results show that introducing the third party logistics, optimization of logistics and warehousing management, establish logistics management information, to optimize the JS Company’s sales logistics, promoting the logistics of the whole process of service improvement and cost reduction, and to improve the JS Company’s overall competition’s ability is very useful. The research can provide some ideas and methods for the optimization of logistics management of China’s large-scale chemical enterprise sales.
