In twenty-first Century,especially since the financial crisis,market competition is more and more fierce,enterprises operating pressure is also growing,and more and more attention has been paid to logistics.The competition among modern enterprises intensified,making the same and similar industry raw materials and labor costs more and more transparent,the profit space of the enterprise become smaller and smaller,low-voltage electrical industry is facing more serious situation.As a traditional manufacturing industry,in order to enhance the product competitiveness,adapt the increasingly fierce competition environment and expand market share,low-voltage electrical industry must mining profits from logistics,the third profits source,by strengthening the construction of sales logistics system,enhance the ability of logistics distribution,meet the needs of customersbetter.In this paper,ZT electrics is taken as the research object,based on the theory of sales logistics,according to the actual status of low-voltage electrical industry,the sales logistics system understanding through research,access to relevant data,analyze the existing problems and reasons of ZT electrics sales logistics,setting reasonable distribution center in the sales channels,the sales logistics system for ZT electrics and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.The results show that,by setting the distribution center in the sales channel,prepose the stock,shorten the delivery time,improve customer satisfaction,expand the ZT electrics market share,consolidate the ZT electrics industry leader position.
