In the ERP environment, using modern network technology and computer, through building information systems to achieve efficient management of the supply chain inventory, although it can collaborative procurement, production, marketing systems, its facing new problems as well, especially in stock management and control, the impact has influenced of the implementation of the whole ERP system, so the supply chain inventory management under the ERP environment and research is a new topic now.Based on this, to analysis company K by using standardized methods and practical knowledge of the inventory management including control system theory. In this paper, through the analysis of ERP Environment inventory management control problems and root causes, put forward measures to optimize and improve, aims to strengthen the supply chain by improving inventory management and systematic integration, enabling the company K inventory of scientific management and reasonable control, that is, under the premise to meet customer requirements and strive to reduce inventory levels as much as possible, to reduce funds piled up to improve the efficiency of the whole system and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, inventory management and control research under ERP environment is important.Firstly, the inventory management and ERP theory are summarized and combing, it has been discussed on the basis of both the feasibility of fusion, ERP systems and inventory management theory have the same values and resources management ideas, and opinions on whether it is running both hardware and software technical or economic burden can be in parallel, which set up the theoretical basis and foundation of the research; Secondly, through field interviews and surveys, summarized K company inventory management problems under ERP environment, and also investigated the root causes behind; Finally, introduced QFD House of Quality model supplemented by surveys of optimization options and ideas, through exponential smoothing from demand forecasting to optimize, safety stock based on unstable demand by inventory optimization mathematical model and ERP inventory management module and process optimization, these three proposed measures optimized the protection program to be implemented, strengthening personnel training; expedite changing management mentality under ERP environment; establishing ERP practices manual; supporting inventory management assessment and incentive systems.
