Research On Supply Chain Inventory Control And Application Under Stochastic Demand

Accompanying the globalization of markets and the increases of competition ,the competition of manufacturer has transformed from company versus company to supply chain versus supply chain. In SCM, inventory control has a great effect on customer service levels , and inventory control is concerned with the modles of demand of the buyer.In the past,many papers are centralized on the certain demand condition,but less research on inventory control policy under the stochastic demand of buyers. So this paper research on the inventory control policy under the stochastic demand of buyers in the envirnment of SCM and give a detail application system in a Auto Eletr. Company.The major work of this dissertation include the following aspects:Chapter one, the concept of SC is given and introduce the development of the invertory control policy in the envirnment of SC in the demestic and abroad.After that this paper brings forward the subject's research background and objective.At last it shows the research content and the expecting targetChapter two presents the model of two-echelon inventory control under the condition of stochastic demand in the envirnment of SC and analysed the reason and resouce of the stochastic demand.In the end ,set up a model of inventory control.Chapter three analysed the inventory of the multi-supply chain under the stochastic demand and this chapter based on the second chapter,after that analysed the structure of multi-supply chain cost under stochastic demand.In the end, a inventory cost control policy is given.Chapter four first analyzes the forming reason for the supply chain satety st -ock and analyzes the relationship between lead time and the safety stock of com -ponent commonality, and it establishes a decision framework of safety stock. There is a case study based on an Auto-electric Motor Company.Chapter five introduces the product the Auto-electric Motor Company and analysed the supply chain inventory management of the company at present, after that analysed the demand for the SC inventory control management system and introduce a appication of SC inventory system in the company.The remainder of this dissertation summarizes the research work and gives the future work of this research.
