Supply chain management(Supply Chain Management), such as a new operation and management mode, could bring more facets benefits to company. Inventory is a very important content in SCM. Traditional inventory management is only aimed at single company, places extra emphasis on optimizing the single price of inventory which comfirm the appropriate purchasing quantity and order point according to cost of carrying inventory and ordering cost, these theory and method adapt difficultly to the require of SCM. Therefore, the research of the inventory management in SCM becomes the hotspot for research of the company's informationization, and has important theory and realism significance.Based on the analysis of the research status of inventory management in SCM and some key technologies which support virtual inventory management, this thesis mainly researches distribute inventory management method in SCM,how to establish the material manipulative parameters in inventory management, inventory dispatch and so on. According to basic theory of SCM and inventory management, and smart SCM system which appropriate to a mechanical company of Liaoning, research and develop the distributed inventory management system in SCM.On the basis of introducing some principle conception and some advanced theory in inventory management, summarizes the research status of inventory management in SCM, and then points out the problems that exist in inventory management system. According to these, the objective of the thesis is pointed out, and the research frame is presented.Analyzed the problem of inventory in SCM, made the content of distributed inventory is clear, put forward the frame of system. Analyze the business character of the distributed inventory management system in detail, and propose the concept and effect of the virtual inventory, and the method of the distributed inventory management which base on them.Research the strategy of inventory control in SCM, according to the distributed inventory management system which base on the virtual inventory, propose the mathematics model, make the optimization become true though design hereditary algorithm using Matlab, then give an example.Research the dispatch of inventory in distributed inventory management, propose the coordinate model which base on the virtual inventory, then give the algorithm.Integrated design the distributed inventory management system. First, state the software demand analysis of the system. based on it, propose the overall frame of the system. Then design the function of the system and design the database.Finally, using the JSP and structure diagram of J2EE, develope the distributed inventory management system which based on B/S, achieve the function of the system. Using JMatLink, achieve the application of the inventory control strategy in system.
