Tourism service trade not only marks a provinces, cities and the degree of openness and internationalization, also marks the province of comprehensive ability and level of economy, is the mainstay of the service trade, which caused the domestic scholars on China’s international competitiveness of tourism trade in services.This article chooses the tourism service trade of Guangdong province as the research object, analyses its international competitiveness. First analyzes the status quo of Guangdong tourism service trade, on the basis of using the competitiveness evaluation index in the international market share, competition of comparative advantage, revealed comparative advantage in 2001-2014 Guangdong tourism service trade international competitiveness is calculated. The results show that the Guangdong tourism service trade in international tourism service trade market share ratio is low, only a tiny share of; Due to the increase in imports of Guangdong tourism service trade, the competition of comparative advantage index is negative, shows the competitive disadvantage of weak; At the same time also has a weaker revealed comparative advantage, whole Guangdong province tourism services trade international competitiveness is weak. Then on the basis of porter’s diamond model has chosen six indicators do time series data processing for the independent variables, using data from 2000-2014 analysis of six independent variables to the Guangdong tourism service foreign exchange income, the influence of the dependent variable. Results show that the tourism, domestic tourism income workers, the number of star hotels, air travel traffic tourist foreign exchange income has a significant effect in Guangdong, for the influence of tourism from the number of negative effects; Exchange rate and the number of travel agencies in Guangdong province tourist foreign exchange income effect is not significant. The empirical findings suggest that factors of production, domestic tourism demand, tourism related and auxiliary industries are the main factors influencing the Guangdong tourism service trade international competitiveness, including the Guangdong tourism unreasonable factors of production have negative effects on Guangdong tourism service trade competitiveness. Guangdong tourism enterprise strategic structure and competition problems makes impact on Guangdong tourism service trade international competitiveness was not significant.Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures to promoting the international competitiveness of Guangdong tourism service trade:to strengthen the talent team, optimize human resources; Reasonable development of tourism resources, developing the tourism market at home and abroad; Strengthen the tourism supporting industries and the construction of industry chain; To accelerate the process of tourism industry collectivization; Play a coordinating role of the government and industry association.
