| Countries around the world are actively promoting the “Industry 4.0”, and China’s “Internet plus initiative” and “Manufacturing Power” have becoming national strategies. It is necessary to research on the internet based transformation path of Chinese traditional manufacture enterprises in the perspective of management. Internet-based transformation of enterprises describes a process: internet plays a critical role to the allocations of production factors, and based on this, the enterprises will make their technology, business process and organization structure innovation and better. Integration of information and industrialization first refers to a development method: combine industries with information so that they become a whole.In the perspective of applying Management system of integration of information and industrialization(MSIII), this paper will focus on studying the path of internetbased transformation of enterprises by analyzing the case of Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co. Ltd.(XCMG). At the same time, the paper will give some suggestions for the traditional manufacture enterprises. The methodologies include induction, deduction, case analysis methods.First of all, the paper describes the content, the features and the three steps of enterprise transformation based on internet, explains the mechanism of how the MSIII helps traditional manufacture enterprises transform based on the internet. Second, analyze the basic steps before applying the MSIII, like identify competitive advantages and establish management objectives. And then analyze how to use the MSIII to let data drive, make technology, organization structure and business process innovate by influencing each other, and finally change the whole control mechanism by studying the case of XCMG. At the end, this paper puts forward related recommendations as follows figure out the connotations and characteristics of internet-based transformation, reference the core idea of MSIII and achieve the transformation. |
