Empirical Research On Regional Integration Of Information And Industrialization In China

Promoting the integration of information and industrialization is the important measure of implementing the spirit of the Party’s Seventeenth Conference thoroughly, working the New Industrialization road with Chinese characteristics, promoting the transformation of economic development patterns and industry transformation and upgrade. The integration of information and industrialization is the fundamental power of realizing the innovative development, green development, intellectal development and coordinated development in the global competition environment. Outlook2013, the new generation of information technology innovation will be much more significantly, the regional driving effects of the integration of information and industrialization will be appear further. The integration of information and industrialization has been included in the regional development strategy and planning. The level of the regional integration of information and industrialization is the basis of promoting the integration of information and industrialization. Therefore, measuring and evaluating the regional integration of information and industrialization in China has important practical significance.Based on the existing theoretical research and practical experience home and abroad, this paper discusses the measure theory and measure methods, builds the measure index system, and studies empirical research on regional integration of information and industrialization systematically and thoroughly.This paper includes six chapters, the main research contents are as follows:The first chapter summarizes the current situation of the theory and measure of the integration of information and industrialization home and aboard, puts forward the existing problems and innovation points of this paper. At the same time, it points out the research contents, research methods and framework of this paper.The second chapter mainly studies the connotation, level and significance of the integration of information and industrialization. The integration of information and industrialization is the process of making full of information technology and information resources, speeding up the upgrade of industrial growth and promoting the sustainable development of society, combining with the industrial production of each link and each aspect of social activities. It can be divided into strategic integration, resource integration, technology integration, equipment integration, business integration, management integration, talents integration and multi-field integration. The integration of information and industrialization also has three hierarchies, including macro social level, medium industry level and micro enterprise level.The third chapter analyzes the principle and the mechanism of the integration of information and industrialization. It is divided into three stages:preliminary integration stage, basic integration stage and depth integration stage. Based on the connotation of the integration of information and industrialization, together with technology diffusion theory and system engineering, we build the theoretical model, technology diffusion model, policy system model, supporting system model, dynamic system model and external environment system model. The operation mode of the integration of information and industrialization have enterprise leading-government push pattern, enterprise survival of the fittest pattern, industry cluster pattern and gradient development pattern.The fourth chapter builds the measure index system of the integration of information and industrialization. It has theoretical basis of Scientific Outlook on Development, Market Economics, System Engineering and Industry Economic theory.The paper respectively builds the measure index system from social/regional level, industry level and enterprise level.The fifth chapter conducts empirical research on the integration of information and industrialization of30provinces of China by using social statistics software. And it analyzes the overall situation and regional situation of the integration of information and industrialization in China, by using the correlation analysis and linear regression model of Statistic Package for Social Science software. It discusses the unbalanced problem of the integration of information and industrialization of eastern region, central region and western region in China. Our country exists the situation of from east to west, decreasing step by step".The level of the integration of information and industrialization is positively correlated with the regional economic development level, industrialization level and information industry development scale.Then we put forward the reasonable suggestions about promoting regional coordinated development of the integration of information and industrialization in China.The sixth chapter is the summary of the five chapers research, and put forward new ideas and requirements for the future research work.
