The Study Of Yanghe Port’s Logistics Competitiveness Promotion Based On AHP

With the wave of globalization and regional economic and trade integration, port logistics industry has shown a trend of unprecedented prosperity. As a rally point and hub of industrial and agricultural products and the import and export goods distribution center, Port plays an important role in economic development. However, the port’s cluster exists, inadequate collection and distribution network and other reasons, resulting in the low part of the port logistics competitiveness.This article focuses on Liuzhou Yanghe Port. Through the use of AHP and Michael Porter diamond Model, combining Liuzhou Yanghe Port’s actual analysis the weakness of its logistics competitiveness and the reasons, then to find the strategies to prove Liuzhou Yanghe port’s logistics competitiveness. The article is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction, mainly introduces the background of Liuzhou Yanghe Port’s Logistics competitiveness, as well as researches this issue for the promotion of economic and social development in Liuzhou and other domestic port logistics competitiveness development.The second part is the theoretical analysis, mainly analyzes the content and definition of Michael Porter diamond Model and logistics competitiveness.The third part is mainly use AHP analysis to result that Liuzhou Yanghe port’s logistics competitiveness is weak. The Process includes establishing the index system and hierarchy, constructing judgment matrix, making a clear goal of the index relative to the total weight, and judgment matrix consistency test.The fourth part focuses on the internal and external causes of Liuzhou Yanghe port’s weak logistics competitiveness. The hinterland economic level and Liuzhou Yanghe Port’s infrastructure is the most important reason.The fifth part finds the strategies to prove Liuzhou Yanghe port’s logistics competitiveness. It mainly from the strengthening of Port infrastructure and internal management, to offer some positive ideas and opinions to promote Yanghe port’s future developments.The sixth part is the conclusion that only by strengthening infrastructure, internal management, information technology, policy support and risk controlling, Liuzhou Yanghe port’s logistics competitiveness can improve.
